光電直讀閥控智能水表CE認證，MID認證

MID是計量器具指令（Measuring Instruments Directive）簡稱。指令范圍內(nèi)的計量器具，出廠前必須通過相應(yīng)的合格評定程序，符合2014/32/EU指令，并加貼CE標志，方能投放到歐盟市場。

計量器具指令MID歐盟已在2004年4月30日官方通報該指令，并于2006年的10月30日起強制實施，是歐盟用來監(jiān)督管理計量器具的法規(guī)。于2016年4月20日，廢除原指令2004/22/EC，開始實行2014/32/EU指令。其指令明確了計量器具產(chǎn)品法制的新方法標準、合格評估程序和該指令的執(zhí)行期限。

此指令的頒布目的是為制造商建立計量器具的單一市場，最終使消費者獲益。計量器具指令能夠使制造商獲得一個證書，通用全歐洲的目的。

Module B: B模式

EU-TYPE EXAMINATION is a part of the procedure of the Conformity assessment, by means of which the notified organization tests the technical design of the measuring equipment and identifies and declares that the technical design has met the requirements of MID applied on it. 型式檢驗

Module D: D模式

CONFORMITY TO TYPE BASED ON QUALITY ASSURANCE OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS is a part of the procedure of the Conformity assessment, by means of which the manufacturer meets the lawful requirements and ensures that the applicable measuring equipment is in compliance with the type described in the EU Type test certificate and complies with the applicable requirements of MID. 基于生產(chǎn)過程的質(zhì)量保證的符合性

Module F: F模式

CONFORMITY TO TYPE BASED ON PRODUCT VERIFICATION is a part of the procedure of the Conformity assessment, by means of which the manufacturer meets the lawful requirements, both ensuring and declaring that the measuring equipment, which was subjected to inspection and testing, is in compliance with the type described in the EU Type test certificate and complies with the applicable requirements of MID. 基于產(chǎn)品驗證的符合性

Module H1: H1模式

CONFORMITY BASED ON FULL QUALITY ASSURANCE PLUS DESIGN EXAMINATION is a procedure of the Conformity assessment, by means of which the manufacturer meets the lawful requirements, both ensuring and declaring that the measuring equipment complies with the applicable requirements of MID. 基于全面質(zhì)量保證和設(shè)計檢驗的符合性

CE認證流程

1、申請：填寫Promise案件申請表及所需技術(shù)資料

2、寄樣：安排寄送樣品（如設(shè)備較大無法寄送可安排現(xiàn)場測試）

3、測試：Promise實驗室工程師進行測試，測試通過后編寫報告

4、發(fā)證：Promise發(fā)證（如需轉(zhuǎn)NB機構(gòu)證書則提交NB實驗室合格后發(fā)證）
